概述

LDC系列調速螺旋給料機由變頻調速穩(wěn)流給料絞刀（上管）、恒速定量給料絞刀（下管）組成。它結構合理、精度高、操作方便、功能齊全、既解決了傾斜性、流動性很好的物料（如粉煤灰）的“沖料”現(xiàn)象使其穩(wěn)流，又達到定量給料的目的，是建材、冶金、化工、煤炭、電力等行業(yè)非粘結性粉狀或細小粒狀，固體物料進行動態(tài)連續(xù)定量給料的理想設備。

結構特點

u 穩(wěn)流絞刀采用變頻技術，速度調節(jié)范圍寬；

u 穩(wěn)流絞刀采用封閉式不等距螺旋，還可以視物料的流量和物理特性加長螺旋長度，克服物料流動的不穩(wěn)定性；

u 上、下螺旋可以根據(jù)工藝需要，以下管的進料口為中心進行0~ 360 °安裝。
