DEL-F/DEM-F密閉式粉體定量給料機是我公司研制的一種專門用于粉狀物料連續(xù)定量給料的設備，它具有精度高、可靠性高及長期穩(wěn)定性好等特點。該設備能按預定的程序，根據(jù)設定的給料量自動調節(jié)皮帶轉速，使物料流量穩(wěn)定于設定值，平穩(wěn)連續(xù)地輸送物料。是建材、冶金、電力、化工等行業(yè)用于粉狀物料的理想計量設備.

主要結構特點：

◆ 該機通過現(xiàn)場單機智能控制系統(tǒng)進行計量，備有DCS接口

◆ 關鍵部件減速機、變頻器、稱重傳感器、現(xiàn)場儀表系統(tǒng)均選用進口件

◆ 特殊的穩(wěn)定性設計使粉狀物料在進入秤橋之前進行除氣和穩(wěn)流

◆ 穩(wěn)定室裝有橡膠密封，阻止物料從穩(wěn)定室與輸送帶之間外泄，卸料罩可連接除塵器接口

◆ 穩(wěn)定室內擋板在啟動時可調節(jié)物料流的狀態(tài)

DEL-F/DEM-F sealed powder weighfeeder is my company developed a powdery material specifically for continuous dosing device, which has high accuracy, high reliability and long-term stability and good features. The device according to a predetermined program can, depending on the setting of the feeding amount automatically adjust the belt speed, the material flow stability in the setting, a smooth continuous delivery of materials.
