        CA-JCG膠帶式稱重給煤機(jī)采用的動(dòng)態(tài)稱重技術(shù)，結(jié)合XA-FIP控制系統(tǒng)一起使用，CA-JCG膠帶式給煤機(jī)稱重精確、控制穩(wěn)定可靠。針對(duì)現(xiàn)場使用情況，CA-JCG膠帶式給煤機(jī)皮帶寬度從500毫米到1400毫米，皮帶長度從2米到38米，給煤機(jī)耐壓外殼采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼制成，制造和密封程度能夠承受0.35Mpa的爆炸壓力。滿足了各種用戶的需要。
        為保證系統(tǒng)長期的精度和可靠性，興奧采用全懸浮式稱重橋架測量物料重量，XA-FIP控制系統(tǒng)顯示瞬時(shí)流量、累計(jì)流量以及與設(shè)定點(diǎn)差值和其他可選參數(shù)，同時(shí)指示各種狀態(tài)和報(bào)警，并為遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控提供輸出。同時(shí)與DCS實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程通訊。

工作原理
　　在典型的煤粉型鍋爐給煤系統(tǒng)中，給煤機(jī)通常安裝在煤倉下方用來將煤炭按照一定的流量連續(xù)輸送到磨煤機(jī)里。給煤機(jī)和煤倉通過進(jìn)口煤溜槽相連接，煤炭直接壓在給煤機(jī)的進(jìn)口皮帶上。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時(shí)皮帶上的煤炭通過稱重區(qū)域，安裝在稱重橋架下方的兩只高精度應(yīng)變式稱重傳感器實(shí)時(shí)檢測煤炭的瞬時(shí)重量。
　　安裝在尾部滾筒上的數(shù)字式速度傳感器對(duì)皮帶速度進(jìn)行連續(xù)測量，速度傳感器安裝在尾部滾筒上以保證皮帶速度的精確測量，防止由于皮帶打滑造成的速度不準(zhǔn)確。
　　速度信號(hào)和重量信號(hào)通過賽摩給煤機(jī)控制器的計(jì)算可以得到給煤的瞬時(shí)流量和累計(jì)量。控制器將流量信號(hào)與燃燒控制室期望的流量信號(hào)進(jìn)行比較，通過PID調(diào)節(jié)輸出控制信號(hào)給變頻器以動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)皮帶速度，從而保證給磨煤機(jī)的連續(xù)、均勻、定量給煤。煤炭經(jīng)過給煤機(jī)后通過出口溜槽進(jìn)入磨煤機(jī)。

●　給煤機(jī)堅(jiān)固的封閉外殼采用耐壓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，密封嚴(yán)密可防止漏風(fēng)和煤粉外漏，并能經(jīng)得住0.35Mpa的壓力； 
●　所有出軸點(diǎn)采用盤根密封，滿足設(shè)備承壓要求； 
●　前后檢修門采用卡槽式結(jié)構(gòu)，檢查窗采用盲孔結(jié)構(gòu)連接，有效提高密封效果； 
●　設(shè)有密封風(fēng)接口，采用多點(diǎn)式出風(fēng)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高密封效果，有效隔離熱風(fēng)； 
●　給煤機(jī)為平托輥結(jié)構(gòu)，皮帶采用環(huán)形無接頭裙邊阻燃膠帶，裙邊高度為40mm； 
●　主動(dòng)滾筒表面具有人字型橡膠層，驅(qū)動(dòng)力強(qiáng)，防止皮帶跑偏； 
●　從動(dòng)滾筒采用腰鼓形以及自清潔結(jié)構(gòu)，能有效防止膠帶跑偏和粘煤現(xiàn)象； 
●　尾部滾筒采用螺旋式張緊結(jié)構(gòu)，機(jī)體外就能進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)； 
●　回程皮帶裝有重力式自動(dòng)糾偏裝置，確保皮帶正常運(yùn)行不跑偏； 
●　主、從動(dòng)滾筒支承采用帶座軸承，潤滑均在殼體外部; 
●　托輥直徑89mm，鋼面圓柱形，相對(duì)于托輥軸的徑向跳動(dòng)較小，有利于計(jì)量； 
●　給煤機(jī)設(shè)有自動(dòng)糾偏裝置，自行校正皮帶跑偏；
