性能特點：

1．主機傳動部分：采用中國臺灣AC馬達搭配變頻器作為切卷材料傳動，加減速穩(wěn)定快速。

2．控制單元：使用可程序控制，同軸中可設定多種尺寸（最多20種模式）一次性自動轉換切割，做到無人操作自動完成。

3．操作面板部分：操作接口采用LCD觸控屏10寸，可直接在屏幕上設定各種切卷條件及運轉裝況。

4．電機控制系統(tǒng)：控制系統(tǒng)為PLC可程式控制器，同軸中可設定多種尺寸，電腦于切割時自動調整切割寬度。

5．切卷定位系統(tǒng)：使用日、歐洲系列品牌伺服馬達控制，高精度進口滾珠螺杄進行尺寸定位及使用線性滑軌承載刀座，定位動作精確平順。

6．進刀定位系統(tǒng)：使用日、歐洲系列品牌伺服馬達控制進刀方式，可擬人化做三段式速度進刀切卷，提高效率并得到品質。

7．圓刀自動角度調整：使用日、歐洲系列品牌的伺服馬達計算圓刀角度轉向，因應不同材料做不同角度變化（角度調整范圍±8°）當切割平面不佳時，可直接變換切割角度，可減少換刀次數，避免了手動調角度的麻煩，大大提高生產效率。

8．快速換軸裝置：本機其有兩種切割軸可供選用，采用快速換軸方式，因應不同材料需求。

9．（選配）內置雙馬達自動磨刀機，始終保持刀口鋒利，操作簡便。

6. Knife Positioning System: the use of Japanese, European series of brａnd servo motor control into the knife, can be personified to do three-section speed into the knife cutting volume, improve efficiency and get the best quality.

7. Round knife Automatic angle adjustment: Uses the Japanese, the European Series Brａnd Servo motor calculates the round knife angle different material to do different angle change(angle adjustment range +8)when cutting flat When the face is not good, can directly transform the angle of cutting, can reduce the number of knife change, avoid the trouble of manual adjustment angle, greatly improve production efficiency.

8. Quick-change axis device: This machine has two kinds of cutting shafts to choose from, adopt the fast changing axis mode, because of different material needs.

9.(optional)built-in dual-motor automatic sharpening machine, always maintain a sharp edge, easy to operate
