萊克生產的進口法蘭電磁閥，驅動方式可選用手動、氣動、電動，連接方式可選用內螺紋、外螺紋、法蘭式、、焊接式，結構形式可選用先導式、直動式、零壓差、手動復位，密封結構可選用活塞結構，壓力范圍PN5-400MPA，公稱通徑為0.5-600mm，材質可選用不銹鋼（304、316、316L）、鑄鋼、黃銅。由于閥門的使用范圍非常的廣泛，同一種閥門在不同的場合與工況有不同的搭配

德國萊克LIK品牌：進口法蘭電磁閥應用范圍：它廣泛應用于航天、船舶重工、化工、鍋爐、采暖設備、干燥設備、食品醫(yī)療設備、清洗設備、等加溫管道系統(tǒng)中。

產品特點：
閥芯均為不銹鋼材料、活塞式結構，活塞環(huán)用特殊耐溫、耐磨材料制作；活塞與金屬閥腔不產生直接摩擦，閥體安裝方向無限制；特制線圈，不易燒毀；長時間停止動作重新啟動，動作同樣靈敏。

工作原理：
常閉：當線圈通電時，先導閥芯吸合，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開；當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。
常開：當線圈通電時，先導孔關閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關閉。當線圈斷電時，先導閥芯靠彈簧復位，先導孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質壓力推動，電磁閥打開。

How it works:
NC: When the coil is energized, the pilot spool pull the pilot hole to open, pressure relief valve on the chamber, the piston on the lower chamber medium pressure to promote, the electromagnetic valve is opened; When the coil power, the pilot valve by the spring return, pilot hole closed, the valve chamber and pressurized by the piston return spring throttle thrust, the electromagnetic valve is closed.
Normally Open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closed, the valve chamber and pressurized by the piston return spring throttle thrust, the electromagnetic valve is closed. When the coil power, the pilot valve by the spring return, pilot hole open, pressure relief valve on the chamber, medium pressure piston push the lower chamber, the electromagnetic valve is opened.
