與眾不同的特點:

1、模板中心厚

     模板在夾緊模具的部位,具有足夠的厚度，以保證對模具進行有效的夾緊和支撐。在非支撐部位做整體強度配合，達到模板整體夫人均衡穩(wěn)定，減少模板變形，提高成型質(zhì)量，保護模具，延長模具使用命。

     有一些傳統(tǒng)的老式結(jié)構(gòu)往往在支撐模具的中心部位比較薄弱，在非支撐的模板邊緣做加強筋結(jié)構(gòu)，這樣模板看上去比較厚，造成一個可靠的假象，但實際效果并不理想。

Platen  center  is  thick  enough

     The  enough  thickness  of  platen  clamping  part  ensures  that  the  mold  is  clamped  and  supported  effectively.  Entire  strength  cooperation  in  unsupported  part  guves  mold  overall  balance  and  stability,  reduces  platen  deformation,  improves  moulding  quality,  protects  mold,  and  extends  mold's  service  life.

     Some  traditional  old-type  structure  is weak  in  the  platen  center  for  mold  supporting.  Instead  of  that,

it  applies  reinforcing  rib  structure  in  unsupporetd  platen  edge.  So  the  platen  looks  thick  and  makes  a  reliable  illusion,  but  the  actual  effect  is  not  so  good.

2、連體連桿

     前連桿全部采用整體連體結(jié)構(gòu)，大幅度提高了連桿的強度，同時也提高整個鎖模機構(gòu)的剛性和精度。

     Linkage  structure  of  front  connecting  rod  increases  connecting  rod's  strength  greatly,  as  well  as  the  whole  clamping  unit's  rigidity  and  uracy.

3、增強的頭板

     頭板中心孔部位對模具有著重要的支持作用，我們采用自主結(jié)構(gòu)的支撐加強筋，對模具中心的支撐效果有效提高，有利于提高成型質(zhì)量和穩(wěn)定性。

5、含油銅套的射臺后板

     每一次注射動作，射臺后板都要進行一次往復動作。注射部分的潤滑通常是非自動潤滑，這樣就造成了這個重要動作沒有潤滑支持，因此，我們采用含油材料的銅套，可以不需要潤滑油的支持也能有良好的滑動效果，這樣可以保證良好的注射往復動作。

     一些因為考慮成本而采用的非含油材質(zhì)，在使用過一段時間后往往會對注射動作的精度產(chǎn)生不良影響。

Injection  preplastication  seat  with  oilcopper  sleeve

     The  preplastiction  seat  reciprocates  once  in  every  injection  motion.  Normal  non-automatic  lubrication  in  injection  unit  can't  offer  lubrication  support  to  this  important  motion.  Thus,  we  use  oil  copper  sleeve  to  make  sure  that  injection  reciprocates  well.  Even  without  lubricating  oil  support,  it  can  also  slide  excellently.

     Considering  cost,  however,  some  materials  without  oil  always  cause  hamful  effect  to  injection  uracy  adder  a  period   of  time.

6、封閉的底箱結(jié)構(gòu)

     整體的底箱采用封閉式結(jié)構(gòu)，和開放式結(jié)構(gòu)相比較，封閉式結(jié)構(gòu)的機臺更整潔，并且可以更好的保護機器元器件不被碰傷，也提高了操作員工的作業(yè)安全。

7、自動調(diào)模

     具有自動調(diào)模裝置，便于用戶操作。

8、錐面密封結(jié)構(gòu)

9、油箱噴塑

     油箱進行噴塑，確保油箱的清潔，更重要的是可以保障油箱*不被腐蝕，有效延長液壓油的使用時間，降低用戶的使用成本。

     容積式結(jié)構(gòu)，確保了每個潤滑點的均勻潤滑，避免了潤滑油分配不均勻而導致的潤滑失效，為機臺的*良好運轉(zhuǎn)提供保障。

11、螺桿測速

12、雙射移油缸射臺拉緊結(jié)構(gòu)

     采用兩個平行的射移油缸來拉動射臺并使噴嘴與模具夾緊，消除了單個油缸拉緊時產(chǎn)生的傾倒扭矩，減少了料筒與螺桿的變形，使料筒螺桿的使用壽命延長，塑化效果優(yōu)化。

Double  movable  hydraulic  cylinders  tightening  structure

     Two  parallel  movable  hydraulic  cylinders  pull  injection  table  to  tighten  nozzle  and  mold.  It  eliminates  oblique  torque  when  single  cylinder  is  tightened,  diminishes  deformation  of  screw  and  barrel,meanwhile,  it  extends  life  of  screw  and  barrel,  optimizes  plasticizing  effect.

13、優(yōu)質(zhì)黃銅導向套

     拉桿導向部位全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)黃銅套，更有效的保護拉桿，提高拉桿的使用壽命。

14、轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)量式連桿結(jié)構(gòu)

     通過連桿數(shù)量的轉(zhuǎn)換，實現(xiàn)了模板上的鎖軸都不轉(zhuǎn)動的目的，這樣可以有效降低模板部分的損耗，保護了重要零件，降低用戶今后的維護成本。

Number  conversion  linkage  structure

     On  purpose  of  keeping  lock  shaft  on  platen  nonrotated,  we  convert  connecting  rod  number.  In  that  way,  the  loss  of  platen  and   the  future  maintenance  cost  of  customer  decline  effectively,  at  the  same  time,  it  protects  the  crucial  components.
