一、簡(jiǎn)介：

隨著氣柱緩沖包裝袋制造行業(yè)的發(fā)展與日漸盛行，我司引進(jìn)國(guó)外*設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，采用進(jìn)口電器配件國(guó)內(nèi)*生產(chǎn)出多規(guī)格全自動(dòng)SY-1200氣柱緩沖袋制袋成型機(jī)組。

SY-1200氣柱緩沖袋制袋成型機(jī)組是21世紀(jì)采用的新型氣柱包裝袋的機(jī)器設(shè)備，由定型機(jī)與成型機(jī)組成，采用日本PLC控制系統(tǒng)，德國(guó)氣動(dòng)元配件，通過(guò)FTF人機(jī)界面實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)實(shí)時(shí)顯示的新一代氣柱緩沖包裝制袋機(jī)。

新氣柱袋可廣泛取代現(xiàn)有內(nèi)包裝材料，如保利龍、EPE、瓦楞紙、紙漿鑄模等內(nèi)包裝材料，不但環(huán)保、不占空間、節(jié)省成本、提高生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)效率，而且可提供產(chǎn)品zui*的抗震保護(hù)能力。不僅符合環(huán)保要求，而且可回收再利用。

二、氣柱緩沖袋制袋機(jī)特點(diǎn)：

相對(duì)于其它的緩沖包裝材料，氣柱包裝袋具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn): 

1、節(jié)省倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)空間。

因?yàn)?，氣柱包裝袋可以實(shí)時(shí)上線(xiàn)，立刻充填，要多少就充多少，*不占空間。 氣柱包裝袋是由99％的空氣和1％的塑膜組成，其包裝材料未使用前*平整，不占空間， 可節(jié)省大量的儲(chǔ)運(yùn)費(fèi)用。在一般的使用條件之下，氣柱包裝袋可以讓您節(jié)省20％—40％的運(yùn)送空間。

2、緩沖*。

氣柱包裝袋的支撐性，單一個(gè)氣柱包裝袋就可承受60～80kg的壓力而不破裂。氣柱包裝袋能確實(shí)的保護(hù)所包裝的產(chǎn)品，不只是填充、支撐。 和傳統(tǒng)的填充物比較，不會(huì)造成包裝箱內(nèi)由于空隙大，在運(yùn)送過(guò)程中物品經(jīng)常移位、碰撞導(dǎo)致物品損壞。既使遭遇外力擠壓，氣柱包裝袋的貼身設(shè)計(jì)也能利用其氣墊來(lái)分散壓力以避免物品破損。

 3、符合環(huán)保要求。

 氣柱包裝袋所用原料皆不含有毒物質(zhì)及有毒重金屬，不管是在生產(chǎn)、使用或放置等任何狀況下，原物料（塑膜）或成品（氣墊）都是*干凈的，不會(huì)造成任何的二次污染。

 氣柱包裝袋使用完畢后，可以回收利用。*符合國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)指導(dǎo)精神，也符合環(huán)保要求。

This air column cushion bag production line uses PE/PA co-extruded film and the air valve film to weld air column sheet first, then fold the air column sheet to the desired bag pattern, and then seal and cut to get the finished air column bags.
