詳細(xì)介紹

用于超濾過程中的人工透膜。一般由高分子材料如：醋酸纖維素類、醋酸纖維素酯類、聚乙烯類、聚砜類及聚酰胺類等制成。一般預(yù)先制成管式、板面式、卷式、毛細(xì)管式等各種型式的膜組件，然后組裝多個(gè)組件在一起應(yīng)用，以增大過濾面積并便于維修。

超濾膜是一種用于超濾過程能將一定大小的高分子膠體或懸浮顆粒從溶液中分離出來的高分子半透膜。 以壓力為驅(qū)動力，膜孔徑為1～100nm，屬非對稱性膜類型?？酌芏燃s10/cm，操作壓力差為100～1000kPa，適用于脫除膠體級微粒和大分子，能分離濃度小于10%的溶液。 

Ultrafiltration membrane is a kind of semi-permeable membrane used in ultrafiltration process to separate macromolecular colloid or suspended particles of a certain size from the solution. With pressure as the driving force, the membrane pore size is 1 ~ 100nm, which belongs to the asymmetric membrane type. The pore density is about 10/cm, the operating pressure difference is 100 ~ 1000kPa, which is suitable for removing colloidal particles and macromolecules, and can separate the solution with a concentration of less than 10%.
