該聯(lián)動(dòng)線主要由自動(dòng)理瓶機(jī)、離子風(fēng)氣洗瓶機(jī)、直線泵式灌裝機(jī)、磁力旋蓋機(jī)、電磁感應(yīng)封口機(jī)、不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī)等多臺(tái)單機(jī)組成，主要用來完成大容量口服溶液劑產(chǎn)品的整理、清除塵埃粒子、計(jì)量灌裝、封口及貼標(biāo)簽等工序，適用于塑料瓶，去除塵埃粒子，粘度高，比重大，旋緊力度大，瓶子易擦傷并且清洗要求高的產(chǎn)品。
