浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司研發(fā)一種γ?氧化鋁微球改性的制備方法。以仲丁醇鋁作鋁源制備前驅(qū)體溶膠，過程簡(jiǎn)便快速，制備出的γ?氧化鋁微球純度較高，了微球的均一性、球形度、表面光滑程度和強(qiáng)度；在同軸環(huán)管型微通道中利用連續(xù)相流動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的剪切力得到單分散性高的分散相液滴，進(jìn)一步的，在固化過程中，利用溫度引發(fā)、pH內(nèi)部引發(fā)和pH外部引發(fā)在微通道內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)分散相液滴的快速凝膠化和固化，了γ?氧化鋁微球的球形度和均一性，且表面光滑，內(nèi)部孔結(jié)構(gòu)可控；γ?氧化鋁微球直徑為300～500μm，比表面積為290～400m。
