JSH0102潤(rùn)滑油氧化安定性測(cè)定儀(旋轉(zhuǎn)氧彈法) 一、符合SH/T0193、ASTMD2272標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)： 控溫范圍：常溫～150℃±0.1℃ 測(cè)壓范圍：0～1.6Mpa 顯示方式：彩色液晶屏顯示 旋轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)數(shù)：2個(gè) 旋轉(zhuǎn)速度：100±5r/min 加熱速度：常溫～150℃ ≤2h 工作電源：AC220V±10% 50HZ 三、性能及特點(diǎn)： 1、采用單片機(jī)控制，能自動(dòng)記錄壓力及其變化過(guò)程，并用曲線描繪出來(lái)自動(dòng)打印； 2、采用彩色液晶屏顯示并記錄兩個(gè)氧彈的壓力，氧彈上裝有日本進(jìn)口的旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭,并通過(guò)壓力傳感器將壓力轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)，直接從顯示屏上觀察到氧彈在充氧后是否泄漏，以及在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中是否已達(dá)到規(guī)定的壓力降，數(shù)據(jù)顯示直觀、方便、精度高、無(wú)泄漏； 3、旋轉(zhuǎn)電動(dòng)機(jī)位于油浴上部，通過(guò)傳動(dòng)裝置使氧彈按100±5r/min速度旋轉(zhuǎn)，長(zhǎng)期使用不會(huì)出現(xiàn)漏油的現(xiàn)象； 4、采用兩個(gè)氧彈旋轉(zhuǎn)座，可同時(shí)裝入兩支氧彈，便于做平行試驗(yàn)；并在旋轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)底座上裝有葉片，在氧彈旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)起到攪拌作用。 5、儀器在試驗(yàn)完畢后或在查詢過(guò)程中，用戶可根據(jù)需要打印出結(jié)果； 6、儀器亦符合SH/T0074-91標(biāo)準(zhǔn)， 增加配件后也可做汽油機(jī)油薄層吸氧氧化安定性的測(cè)定； JSH0102 Lubricating oil Oxidation stability tester (rotating oxygen bomb method) I. Performance and Characteristics: 1.
