三、原理

樣品的流動性隨著溫度的降低而變慢，直到達某溫度時，樣品出現(xiàn)不流動，本機采用技術(shù)，用雙壓縮機制冷將樣品快速降溫，在降溫過程中用攝像機自帶光源發(fā)射多束光線到達樣品表面，用電機傾斜樣品，流動的樣品將光線反射到CCD攝像機上，形成一副圖像，計算機根據(jù)圖像流動時的變化量，判斷出油樣傾點。

四、性能及特點：

1、儀器是采用CCD對樣品智能識別，自動傾斜、自動成像比對、分析、計算報告檢測結(jié)果。

2、儀器采用的復疊式壓縮機致冷技術(shù)對冷室制冷，儀器制冷量大, 降溫速度快，控溫精度高，自動按照設(shè)置的降溫程序控制，切換不同的冷浴溫度段。

3、儀器自帶有輔助加熱裝置，可以對樣品升溫。

4、軟件可實現(xiàn)Excel、txt文檔的數(shù)據(jù)導出，可實現(xiàn)電子文檔的數(shù)據(jù)存儲，減少耗材。

5、儀器自帶lims系統(tǒng)，可與合作單位聯(lián)網(wǎng)互動。

It automatically switches different cold bath temperature segments according to the set cooling program control.

3. The instrument is equipped with auxiliary heating device, which can heat up the sample.

4. The software can realize data export of Excel and TXT documents, realize data storage of electronic documents, and reduce consumables.

5. The instrument is equipped with LIMS system and can interact with cooperative units through networking.
