一、簡介
炭黑過濾機是我公司在消化吸收技術，采用已生產過的外濾式真空轉鼓過濾機的合理結構，研制開發(fā)而成的固液分離設備。具有結構緊湊、性能、操作自動連續(xù)、運轉無級變速、使用維修方便等特點。
Carbon black filter is a kind of solid liquid separation equipment developed by our company in digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and adopting the reasonable structure of the vacuum drum filter which has been produced. It has the characteristics of compact structure, advanced performance, automatic continuous operation, stepless speed change, convenient operation and maintenance, etc..
二、工作原理
炭黑真空轉鼓過濾機系刮刀卸料的固液分離設備。過濾時，在真空抽吸作用下，分離濾液透過濾布、濾室與濾管向分配閥匯集，經自動排放缸排出，而固體顆粒被截留在濾布表面上形成濾餅，濾餅轉出液面后，相繼進入脫水區(qū)與卸料區(qū)。處于卸料區(qū)的濾餅，在壓縮空氣的反吹下被吹起由刮刀卸除，至此，一個過來循環(huán)即告完成。然后轉入濾漿內，開始下一個工作循環(huán)。

The filter cake in the unloading area is blown off by the scraper under the back blowing of the compressed air, so that a cycle is finished. And then transferred to the slurry, start the next cycle.
