HC-50型全自動(dòng)軟管灌裝封尾機(jī)廣泛地被牙膏、藥品等行業(yè)所采用，適用于各類軟管灌裝封各種膏霜類、乳液類、油劑等。設(shè)備采用十個(gè)工位設(shè)計(jì)。自動(dòng)上管、對(duì)色標(biāo)、灌裝、封尾、壓齒紋、出管?？刂撇糠植捎肞LC控制系統(tǒng)，使機(jī)器工作更精確、穩(wěn)定。與物料接觸部分全部采用2316不銹鋼材料，耐酸堿、耐腐蝕。管道采用快速卡箍連接，裝卸方便、快捷、輕巧。料閥采用轉(zhuǎn)閥，清洗十分方便，無藏污納垢之處。有四種封口方式可供選擇。轉(zhuǎn)位采用精密凸輪分度機(jī)構(gòu)，定位精確平穩(wěn)。轉(zhuǎn)位電機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，用戶可自行調(diào)整運(yùn)行速度。符合GMP要求。
