整機功能介紹
◆本機傳動全程真空吸附印刷更精準更清晰。
◆整臺機器是按照高要求、可靠性功能及安全性而設計制造。
◆特別增設電腦遠程維護，快速解決設備故障，提高維修效率，降低維修成本。
◆選用優(yōu)質材料及配件，所有傳動輥材質均為優(yōu)質鋼，鍍硬鉻、表面研磨。
◆采用進口傳動齒輪，傳動齒輪加硬，研磨而成，洛氏硬度 >60 度。
◆應用免鍵連接環(huán)，減少中心磨損，虛位放大，保持長期印刷套準。
◆自動歸零，自動復位。
◆機油自動平衡裝置，保持各單元機油同一水平。
◆獨立電腦臺控制，可儲存常用訂單，可儲存訂單數(shù)量能達到 1000 條。換單快捷，操作更方便。
◆各單元內設置急停開關，可由內部停止各單元移動，確保內部操作人員的安全。
◆整機各單元自動或獨立分離，操作更方便，行走時持續(xù)響鈴警示，確保操作人員安全。

◆Imported transmission gears are adopted ,hard and grinding.Rockwell hardware is over 60 degress.
◆Key free connecting ring is adopted,reduce the center wear,Ensure the chromaticity printing accuratly long time.
◆Make zero automaticly,reset automaticly.
◆Automatic oil balance installation,to keep the oil of each unit in same lever.
