性能特點(diǎn)Function：
ZYL440是一種高速/高效/操作簡單方便的刀式輪轉(zhuǎn)頁折頁機(jī)，可將轉(zhuǎn)輪印刷機(jī)折頁產(chǎn)品折頁成小開本，彌補(bǔ)了輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷機(jī)折疊小規(guī)格開本的不足，式新華印刷廠和大中型印刷裝訂企業(yè)李訊的輪轉(zhuǎn)印刷機(jī)配套產(chǎn)品。本機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)成雙折頁通道。每一折頁通道各有一把垂直和一把平行，可進(jìn)行一次垂直折頁或一次平行折頁。結(jié)構(gòu)*的告訴折頁凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)使得運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)/速度高，噪音低。電氣系統(tǒng)采用變頻調(diào)速，光電控制給紙，設(shè)計(jì)有雙張控制，阻塞自動(dòng)停機(jī)功能。
ZYL440 is an autamatic folding machine which is desighed foe folding output paper(octavo,sixteenmo)of rotary press. The ZYL solves one problem that output of rotary press can't be binded directly.After one more fold, the output can be binded directlu, which improves the efficlency of binding.
ZYL440 has two folding passage with one knife in each passage. one type of parallel fold or one type of vertical fold can be done on the ZYL440. sprciai cam wheel structure of the machine makes sure ZYL440 is with the high speed of folding bur low noice. The elctrical systerm is controlled by transducer. input of paper is controlled by photoelectric switch.Digitally set errors indicatoe and more.
