機(jī)概述

本機(jī)主要用于平面式自動(dòng)成型：整卷布料放卷后經(jīng)過(guò)滾輪驅(qū)動(dòng)，布料通過(guò)自動(dòng)折邊、包邊；鼻梁條整卷牽引開(kāi)卷，定長(zhǎng)裁切后導(dǎo)入至包邊布料中，雙邊通過(guò)超聲焊接至封口，再經(jīng)過(guò)超聲側(cè)向封口，通過(guò)切刀裁切成型；通過(guò)流水線將輸送至兩個(gè)耳帶熔接工位，通過(guò)超聲焊接最終成型；當(dāng)制成后，通過(guò)流水線輸送至平帶線收集。
