模切部功能：

1、膠墊輥機(jī)械螺旋式橫向移動(dòng)，移動(dòng)距離為50mm。

2、模切輥相位采用PLC及電動(dòng)數(shù)字式360°調(diào)整，停機(jī)及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況下均可調(diào)整。(也可選用PLC及觸摸屏調(diào)整)

3、模切輥橫向移動(dòng)采用PLC及電動(dòng)數(shù)字輸入式調(diào)整，調(diào)整范圍±10mm。

(也可選用PLC及觸摸屏調(diào)整)

4、膠墊輥與模切輥間隙調(diào)整采用自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)，并配有氣缸大范圍快速調(diào)整，減少膠墊損壞，增加膠墊使用壽命。

5、送紙輥間隙調(diào)整采用自鎖結(jié)構(gòu)。

6、速度補(bǔ)償裝置，可使優(yōu)力膠輥隨模版輥滑動(dòng)，從而使膠墊輥的表面速度由刀模控制，使模切的紙箱與刀模形狀*一致。

7、機(jī)器配有優(yōu)力膠修正裝置，可對(duì)優(yōu)力膠反復(fù)多次修整后使用。

8、模切輥圓周軸向可選做T型槽，用散模切版拼裝而成代替整張模版，節(jié)約作普通箱的制版費(fèi)用。

Function of Die Cutting Department:

1.The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right. The movement distance is 50mm.

2.The phase of the die-cutting unit adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input the adjust data, can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)

3.The horizontal moving of the die roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment, input the adjust data accord the error, adjusting distance is 10mm.(PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)

4.The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking structure, with cylinder big scope quickly adjust, decrease the rubber wear, increase the rubber life.

5.The space adjustment between the feed rollers adopt self-locking structure.

6.The unique speed compensation device can make the rubber roller rolling running with the die roller, make the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die roller, the shape of the carton sheet will absolutely equal to the die pattern.

7.There is a rubber repair device with the machine, the rubber can be used after be repaired.

8.Die-cutter roller can choose T-type groove, use the part die-cutter mould together to instead of the whole mould,to save the mould-making fee.
