本機(jī)是集中底封及三邊封于一體的型制袋機(jī)。多設(shè)計(jì)了一：兩套光電糾偏系統(tǒng)（橫向.豎向）。二：兩套橫向張力浮動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。三：三角板及M板的反穿料方式等三大特點(diǎn)，從而解決了三邊封的彩印面拉絲，特別是制作中封袋時(shí)有了獨(dú)立的自動(dòng)橫張力帶糾偏，自動(dòng)的獨(dú)立單浮動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，對(duì)中封薄袋.側(cè)邊袋.每分鐘速度效率大大提高。它采用工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)控制，CRT顯示，雙伺服電機(jī)拖料控制系統(tǒng)，同時(shí)，采用放料光電糾偏檢測(cè)及變頻放料，放料模擬量與主機(jī)模擬量控制同步控制，達(dá)到連續(xù)走料目的，料膜自動(dòng)張力控制。還增設(shè)倍送及倍燙功能，以滿足客戶做長(zhǎng)袋及高質(zhì)量燙封的需求。本系列產(chǎn)品具有操作方便、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)量保證、制袋質(zhì)效率高等特點(diǎn)，是制作各種高檔中.三邊封袋的理想的新一代制袋產(chǎn)品。

Performance:

This machine machine is the latest type bag-making machine integrated insole seal and three sided as a whole. It increase: 1. doble photoelectric correct system （horizontal, vertical）. 2. double horizontal cluth flucatation system. 3. anti-threading method of set square and M plate, consequently figure out the three sided color printing cover drawbench, especially it has absolute automatically horizontal clutch correct to produce the insole bag and fluctation system, it could increase the speed and effiecency.
