make 'EP' Series Standard Helical, Parallel Shaft and Standard Bevel Helical, Right Angle Shaft, Hardened and Flank ground gear units. EP Series are designed and made on the basis of most advanced scientific computer aided design and study of gear tooth geometry and shaft deflection.

Housings are made of closed grain cast iron whereas for larger sizes stress relieved and shot blasted M.S Fabricated housings are used.
For maximum gear efficiency they are carburized, hardened, tempered and subsequently flank ground an accuracy of DIN Class 5/6.

Additional cooling devices like fan cooling, cooling coil, and external heat exchanger are provided as per thermal power limitation.
