一、清雙色注塑機(jī)

1.常規(guī)機(jī)上可配置不同規(guī)格的平面轉(zhuǎn)盤，可根據(jù)客戶需求定制。

2.造模簡易成本低，生產(chǎn)快捷。

3.安裝在共塑注塑機(jī)上,接上機(jī)器提供的液壓動力及控制線路，轉(zhuǎn)盤可作180°往復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)。

4.內(nèi)置兩組運(yùn)水流道，在盤面上提供運(yùn)水喉咀。

Main advantages of ponent injection molding machine（Multi-color）:

3.The platen can be rotated 180°to and fro when it installed on co-injection machine with turning on hydraulic

二、混雙色注塑機(jī)（夾層注塑）

1.主射臺設(shè)在模板中線位置，而副射臺成一定的斜角，垂直安裝在主射臺上側(cè)。在占地面積不擴(kuò)大的前提下充分利用了空間位置。

2.主、副射臺可獨立控制，生產(chǎn)不同要求的混色產(chǎn)品。

3.主、副射臺可進(jìn)行不同規(guī)格的組合，滿足客戶的不同需求，實現(xiàn)夾層多物料成型。

Main advantages of ponent injection molding machine（Interval color）:

1.Main injection unit is mounted in the center of zhe fixed platen. Side injection unit installs vertically upon the

main unit with a certain oblique angle. It takes full advantage of space without upying larger floor space.

2.Main injection unit and side injection unit can be controlled separay, and produce mixed color product as

different requests.

3.There are various combinations of main injection unit and side injection unit with different specifications to

satisfy customer's needs and achieve sandwich injection molding with multi-material.

三、UPVC機(jī)

四、BMC系列（熱固性）注塑機(jī)

BMC系列熱固性注塑機(jī)，配備優(yōu)化設(shè)計的熱固性塑料料管組，具有塑化效果好，耐用性好，BMC機(jī)同時配有自動加料裝置，采用*的電加熱油冷卻的料管加熱系統(tǒng)，溫控精確，可加裝輔助模板和隔熱斑，各種組件可勝任電木、BMC等各種熱固性塑料的生產(chǎn)。（另可提供電木（酚醛）熱固性注塑機(jī)）。
