此機(jī)與生產(chǎn)線對接自動(dòng)進(jìn)料、裹膜、封切、卍縮、冷卻定型，無人化流水作業(yè)。

ST-6030AD+SM-6040D是在ST-6030A+SM-6040的基礎(chǔ)上采用雙推料工作方式加位提高產(chǎn)量。

ST-6030A引進(jìn)*技術(shù)及工藝制作，設(shè)備性能穩(wěn)定可靠。

感應(yīng)式送膜，大大減少薄膜的損耗。

日本原廠歐姆龍數(shù)顯式溫控器，溫度精確，可直接看到封切時(shí)的溫度狀態(tài)。

無級(jí)機(jī)械式調(diào)速裝置，調(diào)整進(jìn)料輸送帶的速度。

采用三菱“PLC”可編程程序控制器，實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)、電、氣一體化。

采用特別設(shè)計(jì)的封刀，封口線牢固、不開裂、不易粘刀。

料輸送帶可根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)成左側(cè)進(jìn)料或右側(cè)進(jìn)料的方式。

SM-6040采用進(jìn)口雙運(yùn)風(fēng)電機(jī)，讓爐腔內(nèi)熱風(fēng)散布均勻，收縮后效果更加美觀。

輸送采用變頻器控制傳送速度，無級(jí)調(diào)速。

超大風(fēng)量冷卻氣流，產(chǎn)品熱縮后迅速冷卻定型。
