1.簡(jiǎn)易型操作控制面板：本機(jī)各部控制集中面板操作。

2.面板主要功能：

     2.1 工作及切刀轉(zhuǎn)速LED顯示。

     2.2 寬度計(jì)數(shù)。

     2.3 裁切計(jì)數(shù)。

3.矽洛溶液冷卻系統(tǒng)：避免切刀粘膠，確保切管作業(yè)順暢。

4.切管穩(wěn)定性高：切刀采用氣油壓背壓控制，切管壓力可調(diào)整、適合各種不同材質(zhì)。

5.切刀與主軸采用無級(jí)變速AC馬達(dá)。

6.行程以伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，配合精密滾珠螺桿及線滑軌，切刀行程順暢，定位精準(zhǔn)。

3.Silicon Lubricating system.

The silicon lubricating system prevents the blade from  sticking on adhesives and allow smooth cutting at all times.Silicon liquid is recirculated.

4.Maximum cutting stability.

The blade is back pressure controlled through an air and hydraulic combination giving maximum cutting stability and fast blade retract after each cut, cutting pressure can be easily adjusted to suit various types of material.

5.Cutting circular knife and main shaft power force adopted with A.C. stepless adjusted motor, available in any rotating direction.

6.Cutting width setting up controlled by servo motor adjustable,equipped with ball splines screw to secure accurate size.

適用于PVC、OPP、美紋紙、雙面膠帶、塑料膜等之裁切。

This unit is ideal for cutting various materials such as PVC、 OPP、Masking tape、Double side tapes、Plastic films ....etc.
