滕州市浩瀚色譜儀器技術(shù)服務有限公司，建立了氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用（GC-MS）測定紡織品中的方法.樣品經(jīng)甲醇超聲提取后,以HH-624（30 m*0.32 mm*1.8 μm）為色譜柱,采用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用全掃描和選擇離子掃描進行定性定量分析、外標法定量.結(jié)果表明：在0.05～30 mg/L范圍內(nèi),的線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)為0.999 3;方法檢出限為0.50 mg/kg.在0.5、1.0、5.0 mg/kg 3個加標水平下,粘纖、聚酯、羊毛、錦綸、桑蠶絲、腈綸、棉7種紡織品基底的加標回收率為85.2％～ 101.4％,相對標準偏差（RSD）為4.0％～7.4％.該方法簡便、準確,靈敏度和度高,適用于紡織品中1,2-二.氯乙烷的分析檢測.

Tengzhou Haohao Chromatography Instrument Technology Service Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of 1,2-dichloroethane in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). After ultrasonic extraction of methanol, HH-624 (30) m*0.32 mm*1.8 μm) is a chromatographic column, which is characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with full scan and selective ion scan for qualitative and quantitative analysis and external standard method. The results show that: in the range of 0.05-30 mg/L, 1, The linear relationship of 2-dichloroethane is good, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 3; the detection limit of the method is 0.50 mg/kg. At 0.5, 1.0, 5.0 mg/kg 3 spiked levels, viscose, polyester, wool The recoveries of the seven textile substrates of nylon, mulberry, acrylic, and cotton were 85.2% to 101.4%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.0% to 7.4%.
