應(yīng)用：《固定污染源廢氣非甲烷總烴連續(xù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)技術(shù)要求及檢測方法（HJ 1013-2018）》

無色無味無毒氣體?；瘜W(xué)性質(zhì)不活潑，未形成任何化合物。相對密度ds(21.1℃)1.38。氣體密度1.650kg/m3(21.1℃)；液體密度1394.0kg/m3(-185.9℃)。沸點(diǎn)-185.9℃。熔點(diǎn)-189.2℃。采用空氣分離提氬，即將液化的空氣進(jìn)行精餾，得到粗氬。抽出粗氬，經(jīng)進(jìn)一步提純可得到高純氬。

高純氬在半導(dǎo)體工業(yè)中用作生產(chǎn)高純硅和鍺晶體的保護(hù)氣體；可用作系統(tǒng)清洗、屏蔽和增壓用的惰性氣體；在化學(xué)氣相沉積、濺射和退火等工藝中有所應(yīng)用。高純氬也可作為色譜載氣。氬被廣泛用來充填弧光燈、熒光燈和電子管；焊接保護(hù)氣；在鈦、鈷和其他活性金屬的生產(chǎn)中用作屏蔽氣；在黑色冶金中用于吹煉特種鋼。

在金屬冶煉方面，氧、氬吹煉是生產(chǎn)鋼的重要措施，每煉1t鋼的氬氣消耗量為1～3m3。此外，對鈦、鋯、鍺等特殊金屬的冶煉，以及電子工業(yè)中也需要用氬作保護(hù)氣。

Colorless, odorless and non-toxic gas. The chemical properties are extremely inactive and no compounds are formed. The relative density ds (21.1 ° C) is 1.38. The gas density was 1.650 kg/m3 (21.1 °C); the liquid density was 1394.0 kg/m3 (-185.9 °C). The boiling point is -185.9 °C. Melting point -189.2 ° C. The argon is extracted by air separation, and the liquefied air is subjected to rectification to obtain crude argon. Crude argon is withdrawn and further purified to obtain high purity argon.

High purity argon is used as a shielding gas for the production of high purity silicon and germanium crystals in the semiconductor industry; as an inert gas for system cleaning, shielding and pressurization; for applications in chemical vapor deposition, sputtering and annealing processes . High purity argon is also available as a chromatographic carrier gas. Argon is widely used to fill arc lamps, fluorescent lamps and tubes; welding shielding gas; shielding gas in the production of titanium, cobalt and other active metals; and blowing special steel in ferrous metallurgy.
In metal smelting, oxygen and argon blowing are important measures for producing high-quality steel. The argon consumption per 1 t of steel is 1 to 3 m3. In addition, argon is used as a shielding gas for the smelting of special metals such as titanium, zirconium and hafnium, as well as in the electronics industry.
