本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)于丙xi腈的檢出限為0.2mg/kg，定量限為0.4mg/kg。

浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司研發(fā)一種氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法測(cè)定化妝品中的丙烯腈的方法，包括如下步驟：向待測(cè)樣品中加入甲醇，超聲提取，提取液離心，取上清液，氮?dú)獯蹈桑?0％甲醇水溶液溶解，然后用親水親脂固相萃取柱凈化，體積百分比80％甲醇水溶液洗脫親水親脂固相萃取柱，得到的洗脫液進(jìn)行脫水，濃縮，濾膜過(guò)濾，進(jìn)行氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜測(cè)定；氣相色譜的色譜柱為鍵合/交聯(lián)聚乙醇固定相的色譜柱，規(guī)格為60m×0.25mm×0.50μm；色譜柱采用程序升溫：60℃保持3min，然后4℃/min升溫100℃保持2min，再以20℃/min升溫220℃；分流進(jìn)樣，分流比為10∶1。氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法測(cè)定化妝品中的丙烯腈的方法快速、檢測(cè)限低、回收率高。

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of propionitrile in cosmetics.

This standard applies to the determination of acetonitrile in creams, liquids, powders, shampoos, and lipstick cosmetics.

The detection limit of this standard for propionitrile is 0.2mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 0.4mg/kg.
