浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立測定三氯蔗糖中甲醇殘留量的方法。方法：采用頂空毛細管氣相色譜法。色譜柱為HH-624毛細管色譜柱，柱溫采用程序升溫（初始溫度35℃，保持5 min，以50℃/min升溫200℃，保持5 min），檢測器為氫火焰離子化檢測器。進樣口溫度為220℃，檢測器溫度為250℃，載氣為氮氣，流速為2.0 ml/min，分流比為10∶1，頂空溫度為80℃，平衡時間為30 min，進樣量為1 ml。結(jié)果：甲醇質(zhì)量濃度在98.99～296.96μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與峰面積比值呈良好的線性關(guān)系（r＝0.9999）；精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD均≤2.16％；平均加樣回收率為100.20％，RSD為0.48％（n＝9）。三氯蔗糖低檢測限為1.39μg/ml。3個廠家樣品中有1個廠家的甲醇殘留量為3.12μg/ml，另2個廠家的甲醇殘留量低于低檢測限。結(jié)論：該方法簡便、快捷，適用于三氯蔗糖中甲醇的殘留量測定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of residual methanol in sucralose. Method: Use headspace capillary gas chromatography. The chromatographic column is an HH-624 capillary chromatographic column, and the column temperature adopts a program temperature increase (initial temperature 35℃, keep for 5 minutes, raise the temperature to 200℃ at 50℃/min, keep for 5 minutes), and the detector is a hydrogen flame ionization detector. The temperature of the injection port is 220°C, the temperature of the detector is 250°C, the carrier gas is nitrogen, the flow rate is 2.0 ml/min, the split ratio is 10:1, the headspace temperature is 80°C, the equilibrium time is 30 min, and the sample volume Is 1 ml. Results: The methanol mass concentration in the range of 98.99～296.96μg/ml has a good linear relationship with the peak area ratio (r=0.9999); the RSD of the precision, stability, and repeatability tests are all ≤2.16%; the average sample recovery rate It is 100.20%, and the RSD is 0.48% (n=9).
