During the detection of vitamin D3 in feed using high-performance liquid chromatography, BHT (2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol) has an impact on the determination process. When the content of vitamin D3 is low, the detection peak is prone to misjudgment, resulting in deviation of the detection results. Starting from the structure and experiments of BHT, optimizing the detection process can eliminate the influence of BHT on the detection of vitamin D3 in feed, achieving accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis.
