該工藝系統(tǒng)設(shè)備配置適用于中流量（5~120t/h）粉體物料的定量喂料，系統(tǒng)采用溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)作為穩(wěn)流給料裝置。系統(tǒng)由雙向螺旋閘門、溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)、轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)及控制裝置組成。溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)安裝在粉體倉下方，給料機(jī)上方設(shè)有螺旋閘門與倉底出料口連接，供檢修用。物料經(jīng)溢流穩(wěn)料螺旋給料機(jī)穩(wěn)定給入轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)內(nèi)，轉(zhuǎn)子稱重給料機(jī)經(jīng)稱重檢測及速度檢測計算后，穩(wěn)定喂入下到輸送環(huán)節(jié)。
