Carbon black filter is a kind of solid liquid separation equipment developed by our company in digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology and adopting the reasonable structure of the vacuum drum filter which has been produced. It has the characteristics of compact structure, advanced performance, automatic continuous operation, stepless speed change, convenient operation and maintenance, etc..

The solid-liquid separation equipment of carbon black vacuum drum filter scraper discharging system. In filtering, vacuum suction effect, the filtrate is separated through filter cloth and the filter chamber with the filter to the distribution valve together, is discharged through the automatic discharge cylinder, while the solid particles are trapped in the filter cake is formed on the surface of the filter cake from the liquid surface, have entered the area and discharge area of dehydration. The filter cake in the unloading area is blown off by the scraper under the back blowing of the compressed air, so that a cycle is finished. And then transferred to the slurry, start the next cycle.
