Main Applications:

This machine is mainly used in washing glass bottles during the production of infusion. It can automatically complete the whole process of auger’s entering into the bottle; bottleneck’s revolving 180° from trackwheel folder to manipulator holding, external jetting, internal washing, and overturning the trackwheel 180° to handover the bottles.

性能特點:

• 采用四水二氣六工位的洗瓶方式(可根據(jù)用戶自行調(diào)整洗瓶次數(shù));
• 機械手夾持瓶頸翻轉180°定位沖洗，對中準確，洗瓶合格率高;
• 更換規(guī)格簡單、方便，只需更換絞龍、進出瓶撥輪及微調(diào)欄柵即可，機械手不需更換即可多種規(guī)格生產(chǎn);
• 沖洗后的注射用水進入隨機配帶的循環(huán)水箱供循環(huán)水洗用水，節(jié)約能源;
• 循環(huán)水洗、注射用水洗，潔凈空氣氣洗都使用獨立的專用管道，不存在交叉污染。

Performance Characteristics:

• A unique washing way of four water- two gas- six stations is adopted (can be adjusted according to the number of washing).
• The manipulator can hold the bottleneck to revolve 180 ° and to position the washing, which improves accuracy and qualification rate.
• It is simple and convenient to change the standard, which only need to replace the auger and trackwheel or fine-tune the barrier. Multi standard production can be done without changing the manipulator.
• The washed injection water enters into random matched cyclic water tank and can be used for cyclic washing, so it can promote energy conservation.
• Cyclic washing, injection water washing, and clean air washing use separate dedicated aqueducts without cross contamination.
