　　DPT130D變頻調(diào)速泡罩包裝機(jī)，采用中國(guó)臺(tái)灣臺(tái)達(dá)變頻調(diào)速、是同類(lèi)機(jī)型效率的一倍，適用各種不同規(guī)格的素片、糖衣片、膠囊、膠丸及異形片粒狀等藥品。

　　該機(jī)是膽式內(nèi)加熱鋁塑泡罩包裝機(jī)，由于在加熱輥表面采用*的涂氟技術(shù)，因而使PVC受熱均勻，泡罩成型挺實(shí)。停機(jī)、開(kāi)機(jī)不存在丟泡現(xiàn)象，避免包裝材料的浪費(fèi)。吸泡、充填、網(wǎng)紋熱封、板塊沖裁皆可連續(xù)作業(yè)、并具有斷裂線及批號(hào)打印功能；無(wú)邊沖裁可節(jié)省包裝材料4%-6%。該機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是不用氣源，熱封輥的動(dòng)作均采用電推桿，成型及封合為分體式，該機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便，主要部件全部采用不銹鋼制造，外表全封閉，既美觀又衛(wèi)生，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Type DPT130D Variable-frequency Speeding Blister Packing Machine

　　Type DPT130D variable-frequency speeding blister packing machine uses Taiwan Taida variable-frequency speeding. The frequency is as twice as other same machines and is applicable for different specs of white pills, sugar-coat pills, capsules, caps, and special pills and granules.

　　It is the gallbladder-type inner-heating aluminum-plastic blister packing machine. Because it adopted the advanced fluorin-painting technology on the surface of heating rollers, so PVC can get even heat, and firm molding blister packing. There is no phenomenon of losing bubbles when stops and starts packing. Therefore it can avoid waste of wrappers. Following working procedures can be performed continuously, including absorbing bubbles, filling, and wove heating-seal. It can print batch numbers and split lines. The plank cutting without edges can save 4%-6% of wrappers. The greatest advantage of this machine is that it doesn’t use gas source and the electric handspike drives heating rollers, and separate molding and sealing. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation. The main components are made by stainless steel. Beautiful and sanitized all-sealed appearance accords with GMP standard.
