多種介質(zhì)過濾器

多介質(zhì)過濾罐大多填充石英砂、無煙煤和錳砂等濾料。其作用主要是降低水濁度，并且可以去除水中的大量細(xì)菌、病毒、有機物等。從而為后續(xù)的消毒工序創(chuàng)造了有利條件。錳砂對鐵、錳的去除。

活性碳過濾罐

活性炭具有大量的微孔和巨大的比表面積，具有的物理吸附能力。能夠十分有效的吸附水中雜質(zhì)，尤其是有機物和微生物?；钚蕴勘砻嫘纬傻暮醮呋趸突瘜W(xué)吸附的功能，可以去除一部分水中的金屬離子?；钚蕴繉λ猩写娴挠嗦扔械奈阶饔?，以保護下游的不銹鋼設(shè)備及管道表面和滿足后序水處理單元的入水要求。

自動反沖、再生軟化罐

軟化罐內(nèi)填充鈉型陽離子交換樹脂?？送ㄟ^樹脂的離子交換反應(yīng)，降低水的硬度，防止鈣、鎂離子與碳酸根、硫酸根離子結(jié)合，在后序水處理設(shè)備或管道中結(jié)垢。

精密過濾器

精密過濾器又稱保安過濾器，過濾精度一般為5μm。其作用在于截留一切粒徑大于5μm的物質(zhì)，以滿足反滲透的入水要求

RO反滲透

反滲透技術(shù)應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵在于起除鹽作用的反滲透膜的性能。反滲透膜是一種只允許水分子通過而不允許溶質(zhì)透過的半通透膜。反滲透技術(shù)除了應(yīng)用反滲透和反滲透的原理外，還利用了膜的選擇吸附和針對有機物的篩分機理。反滲透膜的孔徑大多小于等于10×10-10m，其分離對象為溶液中處于離子范圍和分子量為幾百左右的有機物。它能濾除各種細(xì)菌，如最小的細(xì)菌之一綠膿桿菌（3000×10-10m），也能濾除各種病毒，如流感病毒（800×10-10m）,腦膜炎病毒（200×10-10m），還能濾除熱原（10~500×10-10m）。這是制藥用水十分關(guān)注的問題。

RO reverse osmosis
