XD2003A strap machine is single extrusion machine,the general machine adopts infinite variable speed,38-chromium–molybdenum-aluminum nitriding screw,guaranteeing high-speed,well-distributed extrusion,equiped with automatical dehumidify-drier,inligent-temperature-control, cast aluminium heater and five-wheel stretching.XD-2003 型塑料打包帶機(jī)組，是在XD-2002型機(jī)組的機(jī)座上安裝了一個(gè)鑄鐵機(jī)座，使螺桿，螺筒和減速機(jī)保持同心，座上的V型槽比安裝減速機(jī)的平面低，其部件都是經(jīng)過機(jī)床精加工完成的，保證了垂直度和平衡度。減速機(jī)和螺桿、螺筒置于底座上，且螺筒卡在微型槽內(nèi)。確保軸與套保持同心，螺筒下料口處設(shè)有高鉻耐磨襯套，這樣可使螺桿、螺筒的壽命提高3-4倍。
